Mathcad Strives to Improve Customer Service

I want to acknowledge that some of our customers have been experiencing challenges installing the Mathcad software and acquiring a license with the release of Mathcad 15.0 – and we’ve been listening.  The Mathcad team has spent time reviewing the process, and identified a few areas causing the issues. Here are the fixes we’re working hard to implement and solve the problems:

  1. Simplified instructions and clarification  on what information is required to enter into the Wizard during the install process
  2. Better, clearer error messaging
  3. Overall a better workflow for the user

We also want to put a stop to all the back-and-forth transfers within PTC our customers have experienced when trying to resolve their issues.  So we’re happy to introduce Joey Caradonna our new Mathcad Customer Advocate, who started in October.  Joey will focus solely on helping our customers, and will act as the ONE POINT of contact to resolve issues and improve the overall user experience.  He can be reached by email at mathcadlicensing@ptc.com.

Our customers are our greatest asset, so we want to do everything possible to provide the high quality experience you expect.  We also remain committed to delivering the best engineering calculation software in the market.

As always, please provide comments and feedback on how we can best help you.

Thanks,

Mike
